|We will only ship to a bank-verified card holder name & address. If you want to ship to a name or address that's different from the credit card Billing address, you will need to change the bill to address to the same, with your card company|
DELIVERY: Includes trucking to your location only. Shipper can not back into driveways, garages, etc. If you will need help in unloading the safe off the truck, an electric lift gate is available for an additional $49.00. This is attached to the truck and will allow the driver to lower the safe to the ground for you. Drivers WILL NOT move safe once on ground. Driver will only unload it off truck, if you have ordered lift gate option. Delivery charge only includes transportation from our location to yours. If you will need additional assistance in moving safe to, and into, your residence or business, please have that prearranged. A local moving company in your area should be able to assist you.
DAMAGE - ALWAYS INSPECT CARTON AND SAFE BEFORE SIGNING THE FREIGHT BILL. Failure to do so will forfeit your rights to a return. If there is damage incurred during shipping, you must note the damage to shipper, while present, and have them file claims report. If you sign, accepting delivery as undamaged, and later find damage, we will not be responsible. 911safes.com's liability for damaged merchandise ceases when the shipment is accepted from a carrier. You will then need to file claim with shipper on your own behalf.
If damaged, write notation on bill "DELIVERY REFUSED, PRODUCT DAMAGED". You and the driver must sign the notation, but be careful not to sign on the 'Received By' line.
95% of our products are shipped via UPS. If you are not going to be present at time of delivery, we must be notified before shipping. If not, your item will be left at the door of the shipping address you specified. 911 Safes will not be responsible for lost or missing items once UPS makes the delivery. Before we ship, you also have the option to have your items held at the closest UPS location for pick up at your convenience.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise that the item was refused, and will be returned by carrier. We will then send a new safe.
Additional charge for Hawaii and Alaska deliveries.
