DELIVERY: Includes trucking to your location only. If you will need help in unloading the safe off the truck, a lift gate is available for a an additional 49.00. Drivers WILL NOT move safe. Delivery charge only includes transportation from our location to yours. If you will need additional assistance in moving safe to, and into, your residence, please have that pre-arraigned. A local moving company in your area should be able to assist you.

Return & Exchange
Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully, should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once through our contact page and tell us your concerns so we may make every effort to satisfy your purchase. We will not accept any returns on special order items or items held for more then 10 days.
We will accept stock items returned in their original state 10 days from purchase date, in saleable condition, subject to a 25% restocking fee + shipping charges. Non-stock items, or items held more than 10 days of the receipt date cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns. If you return an order that included free shipping; you will be charged the appropriate amount it costs us to ship your the order - (this shipping charge has nothing to do with all other shipping fees that are the responsibility of the customer).
To return items follow the instructions below:
E-Mail us for a return authorization number, and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. You must receive an RMA# before you return any goods to us, the RMA# must appear on your return packing label. Merchandise without an RMA will be refused, and no credit will be issued.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns. No return will be accepted if it is not sent back in its original box, meaning that all products will be in their original box inside the packing box.
If there is damage incurred during shipping, you must note the damage to shipper, while present, and have them file claims report. If you sign, accepting delivery as undamaged, and later find damage, we will not be responsible.
You will then need to file claim with shipper on your own behalf.
